Items shipped from SD Model Works can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take your bank or credit card company several days to process and post the refund.
We only collect personal information in an effort to more valuably serve you as the consumer. We collect your name, email address and physical address to best fulfill your order and communicate with you in regards to your order. We strictly value our consumers privacy and time. We do not distribute or sell your information to any third parties.
Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax will be collected on all orders.
SD Model Works prides itself in providing excellent customer service and a wide variety of the best products on hand.
We do our best to ensure a timely delivery of all items. Items ordered before 3:00 PM EST during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) will be shipped on that day via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Items shipped after the cut out time will go out the next business day (or Saturdays during the holiday season). We hand package each order and do our best to protect the items in the order. However at some times items can be damaged or delayed in transit by the carrier or be delayed by natural causes (i.e. weather) or by failed payments or incomplete shipping information. In these circumstances we do our best to rectify the situations and work with the customer.
